Our grocery bus program will pick students up outside of HUB Mall (at the bus loop) and drop you off at the Superstore on Gateway Boulevard. We will then bring you and your groceries back to campus. This is a great way to stock up on groceries, meet new people and have a fun bus ride!
The Winter 2019 grocery buses will be on Sundays from 1:00-4:00pm. The dates are January 20th, February 2nd, February 17th, March 10th and March 31st. There may also be a bus on April 14th, so stay tuned for more information on that. Sign ups will be available January 11th for the first two buses, and registration for the other buses will open February 4th at 10am.
Space is limited on these buses, so we do have a waitlist. Make sure that you receive a confirmation email from our team before coming to a bus.
This project aims to expand the Campus Food Bank's suite of programming, in order to combat food insecurity in a variety of ways. Our organization has provided food hampers to the campus community for over 25 years, so extending our food education and access capabilities is a natural next step for us.
